Note : Please note that when we ship Internationally the weight of Grains may vary when you recieve them as Grains loose water and Milk during shipping time and we are not responsible for the same. We cannot ship Grains without Milk/Water (Depending on what Grains you buy ) as they might die when you recieve them . When we weight the grains since they are healthy and plump there is a specific weight but during Transit internationally they might change their weight due to various climatic conditions . IndiKefir.com holds no responsiblility for the same. Kefir Grains are mainly measured in tablespoons and not in weight logically . Also Quality matters in Grains and not Quantity . Like Diamonds are Measured in Carats and not in how many diamonds are there , Similarly Kefir Grains are measured as to how well they culture (Quality) the milk or water and not the quantity .
